Long-Time Player Starting a New Clan, Looking for Dedicated Co-Leaders!

Hi everyone!

I have been playing this game for just over three years, and I have been a part of a various amount of clans over that time period. However, one aspect of the game I have never explored is leading my own clan. I am currently a near-maxed defenses town hall 11 with level 8 and 9 walls. I consider myself a hardcore farmer. I can accumulate gold with great skill, but I struggle with war attacks.

My Vision:

My vision for the clan is to allow it to be a place for players to learn and grow their attacking skills, both in war and out, and to meet new people from around the world. Our members do not have to be the best attackers, but rather the people who are most willing to learn and listen to feedback to become better at the game.

• A few other points:
  
  • ​The clan leaders should be experienced and genuinely interested in helping other people.
  • War will be optional, but members are encouraged to participate in order to gain attacking experience. However, if you commit to war you are committing to using both attacks.

Interested a Co-Leadership Position?

• I am looking for players who are preferably town hall 9 or above. This is a flexible standard, just to ensure that you have experience with the game.
• The co-leaders should have the same vision for the clan as I do, and be willing to help other people grow in the game. You will be the people other clan members look up to.
• I will need help recruiting players, preferably in the town hall 6 through 8 range.

• Town Hall Level: 9 (maxed defenses except xbows, 2/3-ish maxed troops, mostly lvl 8/some lvl 9 walls)
• What you can contribute to the clan as a co-leader: I am able to teach th7 and th8 war attacks, particularly mass dragon, gowipe, gova, and basic funneling skills. For the past several weeks I have had at least one hero upgrading, so I have not warred in a long time (I'm working towards 15/15 heroes); therefore, I hope to improve my own attacking skills as well as helping others. Although I am not a big fan of global, I also am able to recruit there if necessary. Lastly, I consistently check on my village throughout the day, so I am active and am able to donate a lot.

What you can contribute to the clan as a co-leader :-

- Firstly, The job of being a co-leader is to maintain peace in the clan and i've been co-Leader two times at level 6 clans, I'd say i've done a good job looking after the clanmates.
Secondly, I am a very good planner when it comes to war, I used to plan war attacks for some of my old clans. Donations aren't a big deal nowadays everyone wants to donate big to make a name for him/herself in the clan also giving a boost in achieving a high xp level, But the deal is to donate what is asked for and i always donate the requested troops, I dont mind if someone requests high level troops for non war purpose atleast thats where high Th players should help the lowers giving them a attacking edge, I don't mind donating any troops that i have unlocked, Lastly, I've been playing clash for 1.5 Years now and i feel that i am experienced enough to be given a shot to become a co-leader. I am very active and will be available to the clans mates for most of the time always trying to help them in any possible way. I chat at the global most of the times and i think i can help with the recruitment as well. THANKS !
