We are a high-level war clan looking for a clan merger. We are at level 11 now and predominately based in the UK. However, we do have some members from the U.S and Asia.
Why we want a merger...
Let's get off on the right foot. I want to start by being brutally honest with you. My clan was awesome, active and kicking some serious derriére in wars. We quickly rose to level 11 and have been reaping the benefits since. However, an act of mutiny hit us this past weekend. One of my most trusted and loyal co-leaders left with no notice and with him, he took my core members, those who were most active in chat, donations and war. Now comes the hardest time of my tenure.
What we are left with...
I still have about 40 members in the clan. However, this is made up of about 10 quick recruits from global to try and keep the chat active. I have some good guys left over who are loyal to me. However, they're not as active as they once were. We are an adult clan, and appriciate that life sometimes takes over.
What am I looking for...
Ideally we'd like to merge with a clan who are based in the UK, or who can be active during our time zone. I can make space for about 20 new joiners. Possibly stretch this to 25 if I impose a temporary removal of second accounts. We are looking for you to come and join us. Given the sensitivity of our situation, I'm willing to offer all co-leaders elder when moving over. When the dust settles we can talk about bringing some of you to the co-leader table.
What I can offer you...
I am a maxed Town Hall 9 account (currently upgrading to 10). I have a donation ratio of 5.7 and I am making myself available as much as time allows to donate and keep people active and interested.
We have a Slack channel. I have just set this up after the KIK group broke up following the mutiny last weekend. I would request that you also join this so we can share attack strategies, YouTube videos, request troops if no one is online and we also have an area for Elders and Co-Leaders to discuss running the clan.
On top of this you get the benefits that a level 11 clan brings:
A donation request time of just 10 minutes. So you can raid quicker when you boost your barracks!
You can donate up to 8 troops to each Clan Castle requesting troops
You get 50% of the cost of the troop refunded, so donating a max level Golem is half price
Each troop you donate is boosted two levels, so your level 4 Golem is maxed to level 6 for just 337 dark elixir
You get to store an extra 50% loot in your treasury. Less loot is taken from your treasury when you're raided, so it's good to keep more of it in here.
With every war win, you're awarded an extra 25% bonus!
As you can see there are many perks to being in a level 11 clan. I can offer you my loyalty and near unlimited donations.

Sorry about your situation bro. I hope you get what you're looking for. My advice is to not merge, instead recruit over forums, etc... Simply because each clan has its own dynamic, and if you merge with another clan s*** could hit the fan. You don't know how they run wars, donations, how their members act in chat, and the thousand other factors that you need to consider. This is simply my advice as a 5 Year player who has been in situations such as this before. Good members exist, and as a Lv. 11 clan you need to be pretty selective. Good luck in your endeavor!
