Why, he's just asking a question... there's much much more posting about new troops that cosmetic changes. He's only asked you to prioritize cosmetics or functionality.

I am with Steve, I couldn't care less if my archers can play hakysack in the army camps...
And if we're going to fix the graphics there are much bigger problems that boring troop animations.
(Walls are awful, there is no reasoning at all behind the changes from one level to the next, and a mix of walls always looks terrible. L8 Wizard Towers are an abomination.)

Fix some of the game play balance around making sufficient loot from raiding, and then you can have some pretty pictures.
