Why does there need to be a penalty at all? Is this really that big of a deal?

I should safely assume that there would be no penalty for getting kicked, right? So the result of this brilliant idea would be a lot more players cursing out members, donating wallbreakers and goblins, etc. and doing whatever they can to get kicked so they can avoid a penalty.

good idea, clan war hoppers should also be punished as well

maybe remove 1 of their war stars for each not used attack (only if they leave clan during war)

Just a suggestion, about leaving clan issue. Maybe the dev's should come up with a system that whenever someone leave's a clan there will be a penalty charge for Example: 200k Gold etc. Nowadays the players are actually abusing it.. They join the clan request for troops, we donated, they leave the clan. And after using up the troops. they will go to the other clan request again, got the troops, and leave again. I think its really unfair for the players and the reputation of the clan and members. Hope to hear from you soon!

Main Concern: Leaving a clan should have like a penalty fee. ONLY for leaving clan, not joining. Cheers!!!

This can be fixed by allowing players to join a limited nbr of clans per a limited time, btw its good to charge people who leave during war.

Req and go clans are created by people who like to have a high xp level, not a type of clans created by supercell.

Well I am sure supercell could implement that if you are in a request and leave clan that it does not count towards the consequence for leaving a clan.
I agree with everyone here, something needs to be done about extreme hopping. I would not impose a timeline but I would impose a limit to how many clans you can hop in 12 hours. A simple equation would be a 1 clan limit per every 12 hours. This way the hopper has no choice but to wait for 12 hours until they go to the next clan. This will encourage the hopper to visit request and leave clans.
