My farm is called Carter Farms. I am also the leader! I am very active and very friendly. We all are! My silo is 3100 and barn 3000. There isn't much I dont ever have as I keep stocked up and always willing to help. We love doing the derby! We require 315+ tasks only and that you finish all tasks IF you are opted in for the derby! We understand life happens and you may have to opt out at times! We can't wait to see you there! Join us today!!!!! Required level 50.

you sound like a good fit. Our leaders are east coast so you will be at home. Here is our ad to give you more info and I will pm you also.
We are a long established stable hood with world wide player so some one always on.
We have several rare openings. We are drama free, fun, chatty, adult members. Our levels range from 52-175 so a large variety. We have been in championship league for about 20months with 50 gold cups, 13 silver and 9 bronze. We are not interested in the leader board. We always get all 9 horseshoes. We play in hood games weekly. Last week we went for gold and won by over 4,000 points. This week we are racing to 2745, first place will win 10 blankets, 2nd and 3rd will win rings. The following week we will probably divide into teams for competition with prizes. We try to make derby fun but it is very acceptable to opt out if busy.
Most hoods have a bunch of silly rules such as which boats you can tag and what items can be requested in birdhouse, we do not. Our members are adults and behave accordingly and we never intend to tell you how to run your farm. Our only rule is have fun and find safety in a hood to relax in your spare time and have a few laughs. We really enjoy our joke night so please save some up

We would love to have you at Team Town and Derby! Come check us out :-) we have four members that live around the world and we keep the derby board cleared at all hours. The town is very important in our team, I send away all 14 of my townies every six hours. We are trying to grow the team. Ideally we would have 10 to 14 players. We currently do all 10 tasks of 320 but we will relax that as we grow. We are a championship team that typically places every week. Also, it is always okay to opt out of the derby. No pressure.

Super derby oriented hood! We've been up & down on the top 200 global leaderboard due to reliability of some players which is why we do all ten tasks whether needed or not for the win.
Looking for friendly, helpful, and self sufficient players who love winning gold. We're super friendly and helpful but stay free of a bunch of beggars. Neighborhood donations are not Tom 😃
We're sometimes quite chatty but mostly very laid back while everyone does their own thing. Someone is always around if help is needed tough.

Whosville Acres is looking for some new active members to join our neighborhood. We are an established group with active players that participate in derby and help with expansion. We ask that you do 9 tasks x 310 if you are in derby or a total of 2790 points. Derby is not mandatory but you must opt out if you do not wish to participate. The 10th task is not required.
