Region setting doesn’t work

Dear Community,
I have an issue about Clan nationality. I’m Korean and living in Germany. I made a clan here in Germany and my Clan is for Korean people.
I don’t have any problem with German or English, but most of my clan mates are speaking only Korean, so I need Korean mates.
I open my clan sometimes to get new member, but always there are coming only people from Germany. It is even though the Clan Region is “South Korea”, my clan is not shown up in the region south Korea, but here in Germany.

Meanwhile I tested in various ways and it is definitely, that Region setting doesn’t work.
Korean Coc support chiefs have confirm this issue. And also they told me this is not simple to fix because it is related in the beginning of system.
So my suggestion.
1. One of my clan mate who started coc in Korea create new clan(if necessary same name as mine)
2. Coc team apply whole property of my clan to new clan
3. All clan mate move to this new clan, so my actual clan will be disappeared

No need to open new threads for the same problem. The way I explained has worked for me and others that reported a similar situation in past.
The reason is (leyman view): when you start playing the game, by your IP and Game setting (game center, google play, etc), you are linked to a country; independently to your language settings in the game. This link can only be changed by SuperCell support. Contact them, they will do it for you ('once only' they say).

Well my account issue that my IP combined with coc region is clear.
I have actually no really matter with it.

But the clan region status still have an issue. Korean support chiefs confirmed that the clan region is not working properly.
So I raise it again that I can solved it through described way, because it doesn’t looks like that this issue solved in near future or at all.

Can you please send your clan tag, to check what is going wrong?
Otherwise, contact support and be patient until they resolve this.

PS: Typical response time is a week, not hours or days - for information.

Support cannot apply the levels etc to a new clan unfortunately.

Hello,
Recently I discussed a lot of times with Korean chiefs.
So it is not allowed/possible to inherit clan’s property. But They told me they will raise this issue to development.
I am not sure, because this is kind of minor issue that they approve this in someday.

Anyhow may Clan tag “#Q2POGLUU”. May could be Zero in the middle instead of O.

I can see the clan, is it this one ?
In game, it is located in "South Korea",

I could see your clan in game, but cannot search its name in clan search as I do not know the Korean characters used. I managed to search with your details except the name, and do not find your clan, using the clan search function (clan points, location, amount of members,...). Is this your problem?

Additio, if clan location is the problem:
- when you look at clan ranking: trophy icon at top left, clan tab: do you see your region being South Korea? and do you have a rank there?

If this is the problem, then try to change location of your clan, see if the records show your clan (clan search, clan rank), wait a day or 2 to let servers refresh completely, and change back to South Korea.

PS: I am assuming this is not your problem, and assume my initial answer (your own game account setting) is the real problem...

About my account, it really doesn’t matter, how does it looks like.
I was just wondering, then you told me it is matter with where I install the game.

My issue is that my clan doesn't reveal in set region.
I opened my clan again this morning, right now it is good afternoon in Korea time and there are coming only people from Germany or Europe.
I have no idea how my clan looks like in the point of view from outside. But the fact is, I have never seen Korean players are coming.
So I will try to set as you said. I will set my clan to international then wait 2 days. Then go back to Korean. I will let you know what will happen then.
