Come and join the 'Cheerful chatterbox'
The first and original neighbourhood 'Cheerful Chatterbox' is a group of cheerful, chatty and helpful people that is a mix of well established and new hay day friends from nations worldwide and is active in many time zones so a neighbourhood that never sleeps, perfect to have a chat and help with your farm day or night wherever you are based in the world. Although the derby isn't the main focus of this neighbourhood all enjoy achieving some trophies. Mostly we like to chat, help and have fun. It's a great place to have a laugh and relax in our free time and we have become good friends over time.
On entering you will be promoted to elder in order to have the privilege to delete tasks below 270 points when opted into the derby. Opting into the derby is optional but if you do opt in there is a minimum requirement of tasks to achieve. Although we are not derby obsessed we agree as a group that this shows a level of respect to your fellow neighbours who try hard to achieve in the derby. The minimum amount of tasks each week will be 6 tasks (Most people do more). The extra task that is bought with diamonds will always be optional. It is essential that you opt out if you will be too busy to complete tasks, however we understand life has unexpected events so just mention if there is an issue one week to the Co leaders and we will understand.
"Cheerful, CHATTY and helpful" -- that's the main motto. Inactive, non-chatty players will be evicted. Rude players are not tolerated. Of course you can go on your vacations, have a busy week etc. but you need to let one of the Co leaders know and then your spot will be safe.
You are not strictly obligated to donate but we are a helpful bunch. Try to keep a balance between the amount you request and the amount you donate. This helps everyone in the neighbourhood and helps the neighbourhood grow together.
