    [QUOTE=kaylinpickles;805989]i want that too!![/

    Everytime I go to someone's farm and see the tractor, I want one even more lol. I never win it, I always get the gnome things or the topiary things. I'd even be happy with the penny farthing bike. One day....one day... Ha ha

    Hay Day Etiquette

    Prior to discovering this forum, I really had no idea that an unwritten etiquette exists in this game. Maybe it is just with us hard-core players. But I do find myself agreeing with some of the unwritten rules, and trying to mind them myself. For instance, the sugar/dairy boats. I cast them off (except the one rogue one my 5-year old did). I typically open 1 crate for each of the 3 items requested so friends can fill to get points and thank you cards. Most of the time I do not need help with those items..I open them to help others. I have quite a few friends from here, and I rarely have to wait to get the crates filled. On the flip side, I rarely see friends asking for anything other than diary/sugar. I think most of my friends that don't ask for these get their crates filled so fast that I rarely see them. I try to stock my roadside stand at least once a day, and I always sell LEM and SEM. My friends from this forum seem to take a few items and not raid...friends not in the forum tend to take everything. Regardless, my stand sells out within minutes usually. If you drop by and see corn in my stand, I am running ads. I save the good stuff for friends.

    I don't ask for help on sugar/dairy boats, I don't raid stands, and I sell good stuff!

    I want the tractor too and have gotten 2 bikes as consolation prizes. I always imagine them as person powered tractors with a plow or something attached to the back. I call them my incognito tractors.

    I feel the same way. I add them to sell. Whoever gets there first gets there first.

    Nah. I wasn't being grumpy. Honest I wasn't. I'm hardly ever grumpy and I live in hot weather 12 months of the year

    I'm glad I was able to help you find the Game Center. I just sent you a friend request at YOUR GC of Lynaecd. Looking forward to being neighbors.

    Now I'm feeling bad about not being there 24/7 for everyone, but I'm usually rearranging my Gazanias, adding pools and benches and buying yet more trees with my precious vouchers to replace those I thoughtlessly cut down at the beginning of the game. Gosh, it takes half my play time just turning away those pesky little people! But I try to help whoever needs it, friend, follower or stranger from the paper...it just seems right for me, but not a big deal if it's not returned...sheesh! (random acts of kindness anyone?)

    I only accept a boat I know I can fill myself eventually, but I always advertise one or two crates for some awesome friend to fill for me. That gives me pleasure and him/her pleasure too, I would hope. I also always stock my stall regularly although not constantly with good stuff at cheaper than full prices and now that I'm finished expanding everything on my farm, I am happy to pass along ALL those items to friends in need.

    I love how Hay Day is so international and recognize that half my neighbours may be in bed while I'm Hay Daying, but I think we need to accept that everyone plays it differently and hopefully, we play it to have fun! PLEASE, happy farming to all.
    You are a great neighbour and I agree it depends how you play. I am in the southern hemisphere and very aware of the time differences.
    I just play to relax and help wherever I am able too.

    Thanks to all my GREAT neighbours

    Well, I'd like to thank all my great neighbours for always being so helpful, even when I (shame, hang head) do open a crate or two of dairy/sugar products for you to help me fill!

    You should include your GC name in your signature, then people will find you.

    (Although that being said no one ever finds me because of the spaces in my name!)
