    Rauta is the man who basically runs Boom Beach (game lead), and camicami is Hay Day's game designer. Both pop in and out now and then to lurk around, and sometimes also replies to threads.

    I would never have noticed that.
    However I have been known to write the previous year on work orders for the first few weeks of January.

    Game Lead = a person who makes sure that everything goes as smoothly as possible, keeps track on tasks & timetables and makes sure that the hands-on developers can focus on their tasks without any unnecessary interruptions. + more of course, but in a nutshell.

    Rauta is a male, yes.
