Today, I learned that I can ACTUALLY achieve a decent smoky eye. Not impressed? I get it. Smoky eyes are a dime a dozen... BUT CAN THOSE YOUTUBE TUTORIAL HEIFERS DO IT WITHOUT ANY MAKEUP BRUSHES?
