    Lakshya - Sick is correct as far as I am aware. You can purchase a resource pack at TH2 which ignores storage limits and allows you to rebuild the clan castle and join a clan.

    In CR you need to be lvl 3 but not in CoC.

    But it's a pointless debate for the purposes of this thread really and it should get back on topic as it is currently being derailed.
