What level are your balloons? Mines are only level 2.
Never touched them after TH 6.

Must have been lvl3 or 4 when I did it. Though ur level 2 baloons are fine, cos u will take out the air defense and wiz towers with the giants and archers. And as everyone says, the higher levels give really good loot. So u got to finish the easy ones first.

I did them, you know that one time where i had a 16h shield, and i couldn't really play consistently..
Save them for one of those days, where you have the shield, and you know you can only log into play once every 2 hours or so. Train up some wicked armies, and smash em. There's a good amount of resources to be taken.

For the resos and for the gems, absolutely.

Yes absolutely.
Not only the last levels in campaign but many have 100k+

Getting the 800K for dropping 2 golems and barch at the end is very rewarding.

They are worth it especially the gold profit.
I can't remember how many gems you get for it but its also a bonus
