Usually 2 weeks are needed to adapt to a new update and settle down with adjustments.

What is your personal trophy best? 1950, about 4 or 5 months ago at TH8.
What is your level and TH level? 72, TH9. Pretty low level having played for 11 months
Which dates would you prefer? Keep in mind that the clan should be organised on the first week of the league season.
Do you have a preference on the leader of the clan? Would you be offended if some people are elders and you weren't?

What should the minimum requirements for the clan be?
To be active and donate as much as you can! Not sure about trophy count or level.

I'd say you'd both be good leaders. I'd be down for elder, not leader as I'm currently having a break from the leader position haha.
