Don't rush with low offense. You won't be able to attack anyone for loot. You won't be able to protect the loot you have.

I'm new player and just maxed out th7 offense (now upgrading defense) . All my friends are th 9/10/11. I'm thinking to rush hoti th11 leaving all things as they are .. just only upgrading th ... Will it be good??

rushing just because your friends have higher th levels is a bad idea.
and if you still want to rush heed to other replies and max your offense at each th level and progess.
if you dont i see you quitting by the time you reach th11.

my advice take it slow and ignore your friends. you will love the game.

Staying at silver .. I think I will get my opponents same as me (rushed) and dead bases (resources in collectors) .. I won't go up without good offense as well as satisfactory defense.

Thats not how MM works. You will match other th11s. The game doesnt care if you're rushed or maxed.

I did that on a second account....rushed all the way to th11 and have th8 troops. I have had from under 200 trophies to over 1500 and it is VERY hard to get loot to upgrade stuff on that account. In fact I rarely use it anymore even. I have it in war as it has super low weight so I can get loot in my clan castle but other than that it is so hard to raid. I next forever and still have a hard time finding dead bases and outside collectors I can raid. On another account I rushed to th10 and that one is MUCH easier to raid with. Still just th8 troop levels but the difference between th10 and th11 is huge.

If you just want to rush and not take the time to upgrade some troops you will need to really spend time hitting next in order to raid......
