    This has been answered in the Rules (rule #12) and the FAQ sections of my original post.

    12. You can create a specific clan for this Friendly War Tournament, but are also allowed to stay in your own clan.
    Q) Where will the event be held?
    A) In a special clan you created yourself or in your own clan.



    So yes, you can be in any level clan.

    Currently I am the only one in my clan with a forum account, if I have others create an account can they participate, or is there a waiting period so that forum users with more seniority get priority?
