Notre clan a été piraté par des Russes.
On a tous été viré du clan. Ca fait maintenant 2 jours.
Notre chef a envoyé des massage à Supercell, mais toujours aucune réponse !!!!!!
Nous étions en pleine guerre des clans.
Comment faire pour récupérer notre clan ?

Je penses qu'ils sont Russes, car notre chef a créé un nouveau compte et a réussi à entrer dans le clan. Et ils parlent Russe.
Mais ce n'est pas important la nationalité des pirates. Tous ce que je veux c'est récupérer le clan.
Nous avons tous écris sur le support du jeu. Mais comme on a pas de réponse, j'ai écrit sur ce forum en espérant que quelqu'un de supercell réponde.

I think they are Russians, because our leader created a new account and managed to get into the clan. And they speak Russian.
But it is not important the nationality of the pirates. All I want is to get the clan back.
We have all written on the support of the game. But since we have no answer, I wrote on this forum hoping that someone from supercell responds.

Wait pariently. It may take a few days before Supercell Support responds. That is the only route guarenteed to receive a response from Supercell in order to recover your clan. Make sure you have firm evidence that the clan was hacked. If the isssue is poor clan management, usually the chance of recovery is less likely.

You will need a screenshot of this happening to show prove. And how you know it is from the enemy war clan instead of just someone in the world hacking it.
