You guys are just crazy. Spouting this nonsense. Bringing in politics instantly means you have ZERO credibility.
The vast majority of maxxers want a matchup where either clan has a chance to win. That's all.
Engineers want to fix it so they will win the war before the war even starts.
SC just has to decide whether they want the game to be decided by the MM or by someone's skill in attacking.
The bottom line is if it is good for the overall game to have wars that just plain suck due to engineering.
If I was an engineer, I'd start preparing myself for a massive engineering nerf. SC doesn't comment very often on things and they've already come out and said they don't like engineering.
I'm going to keep the popcorn handy when the engineering nerf hammer from SC hits.
I CAN TELL YOU EXACTLY WHY THAT IS. It has to do with your outlook on things in general.
I have a grade school and middle school kid. My wife teaches and I have coached them in baseball, basketball, and softball as they came through.
It is both saddening and shocking the number of kids that are raised to view the entire world as aligned against them.
They would have straight A's (even though they often don't do their homework) except that the teachers for the past 5 grade levels are picking on them.
We would have won that game (that we didn't play very well in and that little Johnny struck out 3 times in because he doesn't like to be coached to improve his swing which is JUST FINE just ask him) except for the mean umpire had it out for us. Which is then reinforced by horrible behavior by their parents towards the ump both during and after the game.
That gymnastics competition my snowflake was in was rigged from the start. Proof is that she came in third.
You name it. COC is no different. It's a lot easier to claim you got a "horrible matchup" in explaining a loss than to realize that maybe, oh I don't know, you need to get off the mass drag fixation now that you're a mid th9 or now that you're a th10+ you might need to learn how to perform multi-stage attacks, learn how to loon, etc.
People told you not to rush to th10 with level 12 heroes. But you did anyway because those infernos can help you defend so much better. And then want to cry about getting matched with high level heroes or even a 10.5 that does not have the benefit of those infernos in war and farming.
Neither. Just supporting your argument that people who have a fixation on blaming all war ailments on an unfair MM system (when all players have access to the exact same MM system) goes a lot deeper than clash.
Your position was that your clan is rarely seeing engineered clans. But, if you were a person whose outlook was that the planets were aligned against them, you'd probably have a different take.
Those kinds of folks are the ones up here screaming they're always getting railroaded with MM. Which is not really the case. Everyone gets the short end sometimes.

I would bet every dollar that I have ever made and will ever make that if a deity came down from on high and bestowed SC with a "perfect" MM code, not a week would go by that someone was not up here crying about their war matchup being unfair and the reason their war streak was snapped.

This
It use to be the fault of the evil modders that their clan lost. Now modding has taken a big hit it's the fault of the those mean engineers.
It has nothing to do with that they got out played by a better clan.
This is why so many of the anti engineers keep calling it cheating and bullying. Completely forgotting the fact that anytime they attack a weaker th they are technically bullying
I agree that there are people who they themselves are the issue.
The challenge here is that despite cries from some who might be unreasonable, it seems there most certainly can be match-ups that strain logic. It's this piece of the puzzle that might still need some tweaking.
