Th11: Hero levels combined 80+ and max warden
Th10: Hero levels combined 60+
Th9: Hero levels combined 40+ and the ability to 3 star your weight!.
Th8: Max Th8s only! And the ability to 3 star your war weight.
Every player must have a minimum of 400+ war stars!.
