Clan Description:
Professional War Clan looking for COACH ABLE players. By the way, notice how we didn't mention of skill level or experience here like most posts in the clash forums do. Why is that you ask? Because we would rather have someone who is open-minded and willing to learn and who can follow instructions, then someone who thinks they know everything and wont listen to any constructive criticism. The first type of personality will LEARN and become STRONG. The latter will plateau, never grow and mature, and will eventually burn out.
Our 2nd and most IMPORTANT Philosophy:
If you are still here reading this and haven't been scared off by the 1st paragraph above, it means you have passed our primary attempt to filter you out as well as all the other weak-minded players out there. Congratulations. Surprisingly you have made it past our first little filtering process. Having strong mental fortitude and attitude are traits we look for in a player. That being said though, you guys better grab on to your seats and buckle up for this next one....
Here at MyTH™ We train our members to survive WITHOUT CC donations except during the time of war and/or Friendly Challenge (a.k.a - War Practice). I suggest you re-read that sentence again. *GASP* OH NOES!!! WHAT DID HE JUST SAY? Is he ________??? (insert your own exclamatory remark here)
At this point, this is where your true character shines out and reveals itself. The majority 99% of you will immediately close out this post, think this is the most outrageous concept you've ever heard, shake your head begrudgingly and wander off to the next available clan. To that I say, no worries man. In my 5 years of recruitment as Headhunter/Lead Talent-Scout, I have heard it all and seen it all. This clan is not for everyone. If it was, we would be in trouble. There are 50 spots in a clan, and unfortunately there are not enough spaces for ALL of you.
What about the remaining 1%? Well...the 1% will pause and remain calm and actually take time to THINK it through (this is where critical-thinking skills kicks-in): Hmmm. True....This IS rather a peculiar concept. No donations eh? I've never heard that before. I wonder why that is. There must be a reason. But hey guess what. I'm here to learn right? To improve myself. And worst-case scenario, if I think this is not for me, I can always bounce (Btw in all my years in this clan, I've actually never had a player join, and then decide they want to leave after a period of 7 days being in the clan lol) CLEARLY this clan is doing something RIGHT and is still standing, otherwise they wouldn't exist and they would have been shut down long ago. Their war record speaks for itself. I will soak up their knowledge like a sponge and seek the higher path of learning. (OH and btw - We will TEACH you how to farm without CC and still be able 3-Star on your farm raids. Yes, we have formulas created over the years SPECIFICALLY JUST for that. Imagine being self-reliant for the first time ever not having to wait on your teammates just to be able to farm successfully! *Kerplow* *Mind-blown*)
Listen people. We are constantly searching for the BEST players out there. The creme-of-the-crop. The Top 1%. What? Two-stars? That is NOT in our vocabulary. Two-stars is considered a FAIL. Two-stars means that we have to go send someone out to go clean up YOUR mess. Scared yet? Good. We want our players to STEP-OUT of their comfort-zone. That's the only way you will GROW and not become stagnant. So when you are ready, grab your skirt, pick up your balloons (or coconuts) and let's GO! Be a sponge and soak up the knowledge that we teach you. ADAPT. LEARN. EXCEL.
In closing, I will leave you with a final thought.... Many years ago, my Sensei said something that I will never forget:
"Cry in the Dojo, Laugh in the battle-fields."
How Can I Apply?
Requirements: Please post in the comment section below with the following information -
1. IGN (In Game Name) -
2. Current Town-Hall Level -
3. Your player experience level (Beginner, Intermediate, Expert, Professional). There is no point in lying because we will be watching you do a live attack in Friendly-Challenge mode anyways during your live-audition.
4. Must be willing to download KIK app. This is how you will get your personalized war-base from us as well as any last-minute assignment changes during war. You will also receive any team updates, news, prizes, tournament info etc. etc.
5. What are your clash goals as a player? In what ways would you like for us to help you?
Troop-Level Requirements to be on our Core-War Team:
TH-7 - Level 2 Dragons, Level 4 lightning
TH-8 -(Early Stage): Level 3 Dragon, Level 5 Lightning, Level 1 Earthquake
(Late Stage): Level 2 Golem, Level 2 Valk - OR - Level 2 Golem, Level 4 Hogs.
Please don't ask about Go-Wipe. It will cause our Drill-Sargent's head to immediately swell up in RAGE and instantaneously COMBUST (and we reaaally don't want that because he's VERY experienced and knowledgeable and we wouldn't know where to find a replacement for him...)
Th-9 - (Early Stage): Level 4 Golem, Level 4 Valk or Level 5 Hogs
(Late Stage): Level 15 AQ, Level 4 Golem, Level 4 Valk
BK (Barbarian-King): Level 10 min
AQ (Archer-Queen): Level 10 min
If you DO NOT meet the War-Team requirements above, that is NOT a problem. If you pass the live-audition, you may remain in the clan until you reach the required troop-levels to war.
Please have the following ready-to-go upon entering the clan once we accept your invitation request:
- KIK Username
- Your war troops made and ready to go (we will NOT be providing CC troops for you) Please be ready to do a demo. You will be paired against someone of the appropriate level (one of our Co-Leaders) and asked to attack it in FC (Friendly-Challenge) mode.
- Any other additional questions that you may have. We will be there to answer all your questions and assist you in any way possible.
