Introduction:
Since humanity evolved and changed throughout history, we have learnt a way to gather and settle down at a permanent destination. This changed the ways of life, to where we would have more time to do things to improve quality of life rather than to barely survive in the wilds. This is called civilization. But when people form different civilization, they have a tendency to have different culture, and this causes conflict. War, as we all know, is the act of humans fighting each other, willing to die for things. War is always chosen to be conducted, and war is NOT supposed to be a gamble set up by some random servers of C.O.C. So that is why I have made this thread today, to suggest a new idea to Supercell.
This feature is requested before, but I'll make it even more interesting and detailed. So alliances are the pact of bonds between clans, where they would protect each other if a member of it gets attacked. This means that the scales of wars will get a lot bigger and more strategic. This would also introduce more diplomacy to the game, where people could actually negotiate deals more between clans. It would happen, because people would have to decide which clans would be reliable for each other's protections. This would give a lot more meaning to the game, since it would draw even more players to try out this game. Anyways, back to the description of alliances, alliances would be a democracy, where every leader of a clan in the alliance could vote on a massive war or an entry of another clan. They could also vote on kicking a clan out. The polls would last 24 hours and could be only started by the Alliance leader, or the Speaker of Alliance. If a leader of a clan doesn't vote in 12 hours, then the coleaders in that specific clan would have to vote, and the majority of the vote would be considered as the leader's vote. However, if the leader does end up voting last minute, then the leader gets the call. If nobody votes then that ballot will not be included in the decision making. Alliances would have a limit of 10 clans, so that nobody could have a massive alliance, which will also make alliance leaders choose their clans carefully. Also, each clan would have an individual decision to leave the alliance at anytime. This whole clan would get a war penalty though if it leaves in an Alliance war they signed up for. Alliances would also get their chats including all members of each clan in it, to discuss matters. Anti spam feature could be applied here, and if a player gets too disruptive, 7 reports of that player would ban him from the chat for a day.
Alliances:
Private Wars/Small Wars/Regular Clan WarsThis kind of war is our regular everyday type of conflict. This war will be able to be declared and matched up by Supercell's server or voluntarily by leaders and co's against another specific clan. That specific clan would have to accept the war to fight them though. Almost everything would stay the same, but on the preparation day, either side of the war could choose to call their alliance for help. If so, it turns to an Alliance war which I would talk about later. On the fighting day, there is going to be a huge and game changing difference. Well first of all, there will be no time limit, since it would interfere with the main idea. Also, each player would get 4 attacks, since there will be more actions. When a village gets attacked, it is considered a battle. In a battle, up to 5 attackers could attack a village at the same time, where 5 players could play defensive at the same time. A defense aid will be considered as an attack. The attacking side would then have 30 seconds to deploy its first troops. This battle would continue for a long time until one of the 2 things happen. The first thing is that when all the attacker's troops die out and no further reinforcements come for the aid for 30 seconds. The next thing that could happen is that when all of the buildings on the defensive side gets destroyed. This would definitely make up for the disadvantage of the attacker, since it would have some extra village defense to fight. Now that I'm done with the private wars, I'll talk about the massive alliance war. By the way, an Alliance war and a Private war can happen at the same time, but Private Wars could always add into the Alliance wars.
This is what usually happens if a clan wants to get their alliance involved. It could also happen if an alliance votes to war with another alliance. As stated above, these require a popular vote in the alliance. If it happens, a huge battle map is created, with all of the players from the side of the alliance and each players would have 4 attacks. The status of the previous private war will be reset, and this type of war could last up to a week, depending on the choices made by the alliance. The opposing clan would then have to get their alliance support or surrender or possibly get completely destroyed. There will be a preparation day, where the opposition's alliance could join in. This war could end with a peace treaty agreed by both sides by popular votes.

Since these ideas will be game changing, I would expect a lot of criticism and suggestions. I will be open for those comments and suggestions from all of the readers. Thanks for your time, readers. I'll add more details for this idea later on.
