Highly Active (#VYV8GLR) Leader: The Pro / three star hybrid attack war clan level 6 clan
What we offer:
1. A solid core group of players that are capable of three stars well above their equal. Bases range from th8-10 generally. We can three star the whole map of th9s and generally come close to perfect wars every war. Averaging 70+ in a 25v with th10s up top. Any size war we do we rarely leave more then a few stars on the map.
2. We never miss war attacks. If it happens its extremely rare. Ive been running this clan for 2 years and have never missed an attack and have attended all wars. If we have 50 attacks then u can be sure to see a 50/50 at the end of war unless its some new trial member.
3. Solid donates. Everyone donates well here. Requests are filled fast.
4. A fun, adult atmosphere. We swear but we keep it civil. Respect is pretty mutual here.
5. Solid management with real longterm experience. We run the clan like a family business. Most have been here longterm, but we also know how to make the tough calls when needed.
6. Stability. Every clan goes through its harder times but we've been fairly stable since we started with most our core intact. We've learned to work with each other over the years and accept that sometimes we have days we get annoyed with things but we work together well.
7. Nonstop wars. 3 wars a week.
8. Development. You'll see others three starring and get better at it yourself. Some of our best attackers came from 2 star clans and now theyre beasts. We will train the right people but we do expect to see the potential and commitment.
1. A good attitude. We want people who are going to make the clan better. If your easy to work with and can follow directions and rules then we can work with you. No egos or know it all complexes will make it more then a few hours here.
2. Patience and an open mindset. We don't expect loyalty. That ill earn.
3. Near perfect attendance. Were a dedicated war clan. We aren't here to make excuses on why we cant attend. We allow opting out but we need to get communication and we need to know why. We expect that most wars get attended but we understand if some cant be. If you show any pattern of missing attacks on a regular basis you're out. We don't care how good you are or how much we like you as a person. War attendance is non negotiable. We pride ourselves on our dedication to wars and we are only looking for like minded individuals.
4. No alt accounts or minis. (You can rotate em for wars but we dont have space to keep em all in) No package deals. No modders. Were 100% natural. We are all on main accounts and we all play daily. We like to know our wins mean something. We also aren't going to accept your brother or your 5 friends just because you got in. Every base and profile is evaluated on their own merit.
5. Be helpful. Contribute and don't get crazy with the donate ratio. We don't police ratios much but try and keep it at least at a 2:1 ratio. If we see you received 5000 troops and only donated 100 then yes, you'll be on our radar. Aside from the obvious we wont have much to say.
6. Good troops and a good profile. Nice walls. You're getting a clan full of good bases with solid walls and good troops. Were not interested in winning wars for anyone or carrying them. We will work with the right players but we need to see that were making a good investment first. The reason we do well and win is because everyone pulls their weight. If you dont measure up then perhaps youre asking for too much. Some people wont hesitate to jump ship after a few losses but fail to realize whether theyve done enough themselves. If you arent three starring every max base on the map every time then why should you deserve a clan that could? Some people just have ridiculous demands when looking for a clan and im here to tell you that were pretty up front and honest. Were pretty legit here and we have earned our wins the hard way. I realize we will probably run into a not so legit clan here and there and possibly lose a war but we enjoy what we do and we take pride in it.
7. Loot for war not war for loot. Most of us spend a lot more then we get back from the bonus. We dont really care what needs to happen as long as it helps us win. Expect to war professionally.
I feel its important you understand what separates us from other clans. I myself have over 900 war stars and have never missed an attack. Ive been in the gaming industry over 20 years now and have ran a good bit of top clans on various games now, mostly big title games. Ive also ran successful gaming websites and such so i have a pretty solid mindset on how to do things. Everything i know came from years of trial and error so if someone doesnt understand something im usually pretty good at explaining it and why i choose the decisions i do at times. My co leaders also have grown a lot in this regard just from being here and helping run the clan with me for the past 2 years. We communicate via band and we have an open structure where coleader feedback actually means something and plays a vital role in managing the clan. We use clash.tools for base calling.
I feel my job is more to support and share what i know with everyone and develop a system that works. I dont feel that titles really mean much other then identify who everyone can ask for help or who makes the calls on certain things. Ive seen way too many self centered kids start clans just for the sake of having a leader title. That was mainly the motivating factor that drove me to coming back to this role. I dont do it for notoriety but moreso because i just dont believe there are many with the experience and background that can achieve what it is i play for. I know what it takes and i know how to succeed at it so i choose to play the part. Most have no clue what theyre getting involved in when they choose to start a clan and what will be expected of them in order to remain successful longterm. It is not a sprint its a marathon that will test you in so many ways. Much like marriage in a sense.
Im not just asking anyone to join my clan, im asking them to join my cause and what it is i stand for. Choose to band together with us because you want to be a part of a true team of like minded players who war to win and compete for the enjoyment of the sport. Were 100% fairplay and proud. In highly active you arent just another number on a roster, youre a part of a top clan and will be expected to be upto par with our standards. We have literally recruited thousands of players over the years to get what we have. Yes were selective but we want to attract a specific type of player using these standards and we make sure we uphold them.
