When engineered clans have gone too far! Yes at this point its called cheating!

Yup I got a warning for saying much less than you did.

Funny that, I have said much worse in the past and haven't been warned. But to break it down in real terms.

Group A : OP and the supporters
Group B: Engineers

Group A brands Group B cheats because Group B plays the game in a different way which does not follow arbitrary rules/standards as set by Group A.

Group B infers that Group A lacks mental capacity as a response and yet Group B is in the wrong for shaming.

So let's just ignore the branding of "Cheat" in the meantime, since that cannot be in any way shape or form be construed as shaming.

Furthermore does your inference of me as an "Engineer" not also amount to shaming since that seems to be a dirty word these days?

It's fair because it's good strategy.
Engineers choose war over farming and get a disadvantage in farming for an advantage in war.
You CHOSE farming over war - you get an advantage in farming and a disadvantage in war.
Now you want everyone to pay your way because you think that's the right way.
There is no *right* way to upgrade, just the way you choose to.
Engineers aren't even that common, most of your war MM will be against other farmers. Or you can learn how to upgrade smartly for war.

Actually, we don't have any advantage in farming. The clan we are facing is giving us less then 10000 minimum loot for the bottom 11 bases out of 20. My war win bonus right now is 6,900 gold and elixir. The cherry on top is that we aren't even farming right now, we do farming wars on weekends and duke it out wars on weekdays.

Also I do agree with this. Theres no need to turn any of this into a fight when it honestly doesn't need to be.

Engineered bases I guess aren't "Cheating", but it's causing a problem. The staff need to look into this.

Or if they don't stop engineering bases from physically happening, make the war weight less messed up. It's a loophole, and it's not fair to the people who want to war fairly and max out their town halls before moving on. Y'all agree with me?

They walk you out because you can't lose. Not a single hand, but you will make money. Which is actually exactly the opposite of what a casino does to most people. A couple math wizards with very good memory devised a system in which you can, totally within the rules of the game, guess the probability of the next card to come. The casino can't arrest or charge them with anything at all. They have done nothing illegal, they just outsmarted a game that was set up to make the casino money, and made money themselves. And because its private property they can expel anyone they want whenever they want. That's by definition not cheating, and Casinos will do all sorts of things to stay in the black. Its a business. I mean blackjack is literally set-up in a casino, by the casino, so that you never have an advantage and you will always lose money. Is the Casino cheating?

Whether it's fair or not can be argued till we are blue in the face, but in my opinion it makes wars less enjoyable overall for both sides. Engineered clans will get bored eventually doing wars with no challenge. And clans like the OP's that I'm guessing are fairly new to the game will end up quitting.
Clan wars when they were first introduced were exciting and usually both sides had a pretty good shot at winning. Now with entire clan rosters engineered the opposing clan is handicapped before it even starts. You will not get any sympathy here I'm afraid, no matter how outmatched you are.

My thoughts also, I can't remember any of the wars I've been a part of that we won convincingly. But the close even ones are what get the nerves and heart going !

Devil's advocate...while edge sorting and card counting may be looked down upon, they're not cheating. That's just gaming the system.

OP, I don't think it's cheating because it is within the rules. However, wars take up 47 hours of our time. It sure would be nice to have the ability to foreifit a match. How that would look and work I have no idea. But I bet if OP was given 47 hours of his time back he wouldn't be complaining about engineers.
