We never reject for different joining requests. If you are rejected, the chances are either you had a war timer or your offence was a lot behind your defence. If you think it is none of my mentioned points, let me know your tag and I will send you an invite
(Btw there isn't any ban. You cannot send a joining request to the clan you are rejected from before a certain period of time)
