Depends on the theme of th12 and if we will get th12 anyway. If the theme of th12 is blue then maybe.
Anyways, we haven't even got level 12 walls yet so no point skipping a level.

They can introduce the zaps with a different color scheme.
The black/ gray parts can be ivory white/ marble white/ silver or goldish
The blue can be reddish
Firstly part, if not the main reason they were changed was complaints .
When we had the blue electric walls there were thread after thread bagging them, saying they didn't fit the thyme. There was not a single defence that matched there colours except the little blue flash on a tesla.
Personally it didn't worry me what the walls were like, most agreed that the skull wall matched th9 well and that the meanest walls were a set of lava's.
Im sure a search of old posts would uncover this entire saga.

I was against zap walls back when - only because they clashed so badly with the rest of the TH10 colour scheme.
I would like to see TH12 have a blue electric theme and Level 13 wall could be a return to zaps.
As others have said, Level 12 walls should have a white element to pick up the white in TH11.
I think that would then be a nice design and technology progression from:
- TH10 medieval (fire and chains) to
- TH11 renaissance (white neo-classical)
- TH12 enlightenment (electricity/industrial).

Yea the electric walls looked awesome. Magma are ugly. Now lava look pretty cool. It would take a normal clasher 1 day or 2 to upgrade one wall to lvl 12 since it will probably cost 5 or 6 million each.
