If you have your animals ready to collect the items you don't have to have it in your barn. You also don't need any animal feeds as they don't come up in truck orders.

If you have lets say 2 white sugars on all of your truck orders on the board you would need at least 7 of those.

I was just thinkig if there would be more animal products needed than you can harvest in one round. And I have 10 cows, 10 sheep, 4 goats, 10 pigs and 18 chickens.

That is where your main helper will come into play. If you have a ticket on the board now (before you start) which needs more you would need to collect some and get the animals ready again. If not just leave it with the animals because of the barn space issues.
