Boat 6/12 meaning boat #6 now I think?

Next boat in 4 hours needs
Cheesecake (have 1, making more now)
Bacon (should not be a problem although pigs not ready yet)
Syrup (have 4, making more)

Ingredients for cheesecake and syrup clash.
Cheesecake needs cookie which needs brown sugar. Which should I focus on first?

If it says boat 6/12 in the achievement list that means you have completed 6 boats. The next one coming in is boat 7.

Edit: you only need 1 brown sugar every 4 hours as cheese cake takes 4 hours to make...

Not confident of this boat- brown sugar and syrup... I can only produce one at a time and they're not easily found in shop.
