I would like to help people out though :-)

I otherwise don't have much to do other than just my one college class (though this is technically my "third" time taking it, so I already know all the material. dropped class first time due to health, failed second time due to cranky teacher who wasn't willing to let me take my physical competency tests before my elbow nerve surgeries and therefore didn't complete them by end of quarter, so I failed it the second attempt. Now I am on my third and LAST ALLOWED attempt.)

I don't have the jewelery machine yet, ice cream machine, or jam maker. I have about 39k coins, so I am close to getting ice cream machine.

But, I would still be able to help out with the other stuff that people need :-)

(on a side note, whats the best and most effiecient way to make money quickly so I can afford to get the machines faster to MAKE the higher end stuff like jewelery, etc etc.?)

You are welcome to pop in at any time to help out. Sugar items are always in demand on boats. Sometimes it is busy here and other times it is quiet. We just never know Just make and sell lots, especially items you don't usually see in the newspaper

You're welcome to help us out here. Just read the first post of the thread so you know how things work. Also, for newcomers' boats, don't rush off to fill unless one of the main captains has marked " checked." As we did with you ... We had a rash of people coming here posting for help on their boats cuz we normally fill them very fast, but checked after filling to find they had the achievement already. Some of those took precious sugar away from candidates boats, so we now check before filling. Also, only main captains should give the green light to send a boat off or bring in early. We have a Shortlist that you can look at to see what we're expecting, but again, it's only for main captains to post in, so it remains as uncluttered as possible. Any questions, just ask.
