Ability to follow and relate war strat as well as following our R/D/P/C maxim earns Elder role. If you can't make elder you probably shouldn't be in a clan...
Few make Co.Leader.
Co.s manage wars, are typically great donators, and help new members make Elder. If you want a leadership role as Co. then you'd better earn the trust and respect of your clan mates...
We war twice a week and it is run by leadership members, no random or "suggested" attacks.
War prep starts on Tues.&Fri. around 11pm.
Your war status is your responsibility, don't opt in if you are not ready to put really life aside for two attacks.
