Requirements:

Town Hall 7: level 2 Dragons maxed or nearly maxed air defenses

Town Hall 8: Non - Rushed base, High level dragons and wizards

Town Hall 9: Non -Rushed Base, Over level 10 heroes for both (preferably level 20) High amount of donations and war stars

Town Hall 9.5 / 10: High level infernos, maxed valks, maxed bbd.
