- Chilean Flag
- Venezuela Flag

Center America:
- Puerto Rico Flag
- Panama Flag

If SC makes any changes to flags new or existing it should be to eliminate all nationalities and make them boring monochromatic so no one will complain anymore. (Provided no country uses a plain single color flag of said color.)

...or just get rid of them all together.
