No war for 48+ hours 😐

Unfortunately it earns supercell much to much money for them to want to allow heroes in war while upgrading.

Another brilliant excuse! Most people that used to do that are already 40/40/20 the rest of us are just out of war we are talking about a small minority of a small minority that started yesterday or run multiple iPad accounts!

We have an army of the youngest best minds of tomorrow (13+) let's start thinking past our nose and step out of lines the past have set.

We are 4+ million players and I don't know 1 that will say no to this. SC isn't the bad teacher that said a big NO and we must behave. We are the blood and soul of this game so let's start moving!

Just curious OP, what hero are you upgrading, what's the level and what town hall are you?

If you're only out of war for 48 hours... Well... I'll probably be out of war for 5 weeks while I grind out my queens levels (a week each level), and if that 48 hours is to much... Well, you'll probably have low level heroes for quite some time.

I did write that a few posts up again am th 11 and I have been out of war half my coc life!

Also sorry if am not 100% understandable me English sacks. My clan is out of war not me...whole clan cause 15 members upgrade heroes!

You don't seem to get the point, supercell makes ALOT OF MONEY out of this, and if they were to allow everyone to use heroes in war (the main reason people gem their heroes is to use then in war) they would lose MILLIONS.

Just because people would like the feature doesn't mean it'll make supercell money.

Actually, I think that's the definition of not needing it. It sounds like you want this, but it doesn't sound like you need this.

I also don't see that using heroes to attack while upgrading is in the same league with concerns over game balancing. Players worried about balancing are trying to preserve the game and grow the community. You're essentially petitioning to get something for free. Without free upgrades your clan has managed to war for a year-and-a-half with pretty much back-to-back wars. That doesn't exactly spell out an urgent need. It's an elective purchase for those willing to pay it. If you don't want to pay to gem your heroes, you can schedule your upgrades or you can simply attack in war without them. After all if only a "small minority of a small minority that started yesterday or run multiple iPad accounts" gem their hero time, you should encounter clans nearly every war without attacking heroes and it shouldn't be a problem.

Then they should make upgrading defenses unusable too to make a few BILLIONS everyday! This logic is flawed and we adopted it hands down. The game has changed the past year a lot and it's better than it ever was...but being away from war while upgrading heroes leaves your hands empty just waiting for time to pass trying to ignore the game till that time!

Only by Playing more Can lead supercell to more money not by cheating his community cause they are ok with it!

It was a lot easier to manage without upgrading heroes in war for the first 2 years of those 4, what with there being no war.

As SharkyFinn said, this is a want, not a need. SC have said that it will not be happening and have given reasons why not. Accept that.

Also, slight pop here, why do I, as a 3 month old TH10 who has managed at least one war a week, have higher heroes than a TH11? If you hadn't rushed to 11 you'd only have your GW to work on...
