to degrade the leader

I was in a couple of Clans. Some Clans had the problem, that the leader lost his account. A clan without an active leader is a dying clan.
One can solve the Problem, if a co-leader or two co-leaders or a former leader can press a new button to demote the leader to a co-leader. If the leader is in one week no time online, than the leader will become a co-leader and the co-leader will become the leader.
