Looking to rebuild my level 11 can (Max Clan Perks) as the following:

TH11 only (prefer non-rushed, absolutely no lower THs)
Titan League or above
Close to max heroes (level 30+ for King/Queen, level 15+ for Warden)
War back to back

So far I haven't been able to find any decent TH11 war clan. Most are either TH9+ mixed war clans or TH11 push clans. A little background about myself: I have been playing for 4 years now. I am almost maxed TH11, except walls and bomb towers. There is absolutely nothing left for me to play in this game other than to continue to grow my skills as TH11 attacker. I enjoy war attacks and raids in Legends League, however these raids are very limited. I also enjoy a clan with frequent friendly challenges.
