If you are over town hall nine you must be over level 100. RULES ARE STRICT! No drama, no begging for troops, no annoying other players. Elder is earned by respect and trust. It can also be "given" if you swear to recruit. Co is earned by respect for other players and at least 10 days spent in clan.
War twice a week and elder can be earned by 400 troop donations.
