A new war clan has just been made! With 12 members already in it ranging from TH6 to TH10s everyone is invited! Clan was made on 11.21.16 this clan is intentioned to be a serious war clan in the future but no outside apps are required. This clan is registered on ClashTrack (an app used for helping planning out wars) the app is not required but it will help you in wars.
