I recently founded a clan called Utopian Warrior. After working my way up to co-leader in many clans, but then being part of a sort of "mass-demote", I decided to change this. I founded this clan Looking for loyal clashers to, when the have donated 50 troops, become elders, and eventually co-leaders. I think that once given, these positions should be secure. I would also like to encourage donation of troops and sharing of advice.
