I was the clan leader of a moderately successful clan (Olivet Badgers, #9P9C9QUY) for a couple years, but we were going through a slump and I wanted to rejoin some of our old members that had joined some friends in another clan, so we joined their clan. That's where we are now (Heavenly divine, #PYQ8022R). The problem is that their leader is inactive and I don't have the time to be an effective war leader since I started grad school. The gist of the situation is that we are willing to uproot ourselves and merge into another clan that can give us guidance. We're looking for a highly active leader and/or coleaders that will give a war plan (who attacks which bases) for each war as well as advice on strategies and tips to make attacks better.

There are a few things that we bring to the table as well. The clan currently has 33 members, but I'd say that there are about 15 that are regularly active. We're mostly TH9 but also have a few TH10s and TH8s. We do have some skilled attackers and some people that could do really well with just a little bit of guidance. We're also good with donations and will contribute well.

There is one unique aspect of our clan that will be really important for any potential mergers as well. I've set up a monthly ranking system where I plug a bunch of stats mostly from wars (war attack and defense stars, attacks within first 12 hours, missed attacks, donation totals, etc) into an excel file. The excel file has a calculation set up to incorporate all of those stats into one summary stat that I call clan productivity. The person with the highest clan productivity at the end of the month wins, and I send them a $10 prize. We have a facebook group, and I have been sending the money through facebook messenger. There is a way, and it is really easy.

Additionally, I have been running weekly events we call raid challenges. At the beginning of the week, I list out some sort of troop composition like golaloon, gowiwi, some wacky things like all goblins, etc. Using the troops I specified, everybody tries to get the highest loot score they can get in a normal raid. Whoever gets the highest loot score using the troop comp wins for the week and gets a large boost to their clan productivity score. Everyone who participates also gets points based on a weighted comparison between their best score and the top score of the week. To participate, people have to share replays of their attacks in the chat. I screenshot the loot scores and record the best scores for each player.

I'm describing all of this because I want to make it clear that I want to continue these things in the future, and in order for us to merge into your clan, I want to know that your clan is interested in participating in these events. I will give special consideration to clans that have existing structures (website, group chat, etc) that will help me communicate for these events and share files (mainly my excel file with all the stats). I'm really excited about how fun this could all be, and I want it to be as competitive as possible, so having a clan where members would actually participate is crucial.
