Because of my lack of experience with making technical art and because I don't want to borrow images from other sources to submit as my own. I will post my 5 troop ideas here instead of submit anything to the ongoing contest. Stats and costs are totally in the air; I just have general ideas that I hope are worth considering.
Ogre Warlock: Strong dark creatures sometimes seen in league with goblins in the wilderness. These greedy magi use raw magic to leech resources straight from storage buildings from a distance.
Countess: Banshee of the skies, she'll scare any nearby defense silly, intimidating it into not attacking for a while and making it shiver hilariously.
Winged Gnome: Hope your Air Defenses can take these nasties out fast, or they'll buzz bomb into the first defense they lay eyes on, screaming madly in the process.
Cupid: charming prince on a small pony, eat your heart out! This handsome devil shoots hearty arrows at defenses, temporarily making them shoot FOR you instead of AT you.
Dwarfish Assassin: Sure he's small, he's slow, he's weak, and he's not very sneaky, but if he gets to your Town Hall, KABOOM!!!!!!
