My upgrade progression:

TH11 - I was in doubt about adding the 4th xbow and eagle but then I thought, I'm never in wars! Don't like them, too stressful. So I added the xbow and not the eagle, not yet. Currently upgrading:
2 AD to lvl 9
1 xbow to lvl 2
1 Inferno to lvl 4
GW to lvl 19 (almost maxed!!)
Minion to lvl 7. I'm done with all DE troops in lab! Now to start with DE spells, Poison and Skeleton.

TH9 - I'm currently only upgrading my heroes to lvl 13 and 12. Still haven't started uograding defenses. Got 68/250 lvl 10 walls so far! I do war with this account.

I'm excited to finally be able to use the GW, I've never tried him! Maybe I'll war once I have him. We'll see.....

Edit. Forgot to mention the Builder Base. BH5 almost maxed. All I need are lvl 5 walls and Cannon cart to lvl 10.

Some big upgrades there.... Grand Warden is now within touching distance!! Totally agree about dropping the big defences if you're not warring, get them down and scare off looters

Update time!

Due to work, I didn't have much time to play. However, I managed to rack up 80k DE, so I think I'll be able to start level 6 Hog Riders as soon as level 3 Freeze Spell is done.

Not much has happened, I slowed down on upgrades and I'm focusing on Walls now, as I said before.

My current goals for the next couple of months are: 275 level 10 Walls, BK/AQ to 20 and as most as Elixir Lab upgrades done (suggestions are accepted!).

Builder #1: 3rd X-Bow lv. 2, 6d left (should I bring this one up to level 3?)
Builder #2: 2nd Bomb Tower lv. 3, 3d 10h left
Builder #3: BK lv. 18, 2d left

Lab upgrade: Freeze Spell lv. 3, 2d 6h left
Walls count: 195 level 9, 80 level 10

thanks Kaellin and Ally for the clan suggestion. Will think about it. I have also got 1 confirmed request from 1 of the clans from Reddit too. So i will decide how to do it. Currently one of the oldest CO's started a 40x40 war knowing that we wont be able to do even 1/4th attacks but lets see, somehow i feel there would be more attacks.

Small update after a couple of busy days on work and also i feel i wont be able to do much attacks during the weekends too.

Well finished all walls and they are all lv 10 finally. I have started the 2nd tesla and probably will keep doing that with that builder.

Will start BK 29 tonight after 2 war attacks.

I have enough DE to start AQ 31 so i might just do that then wait for builders till Friday or gem the BK time.
Have finally started the lv 11 walls and 7 pcs now. They look good in gold.
I havent decided what next to do in lab but depending on resources will decide around Friday. Might do the max heals first.

I have done all defenses for TH9 except for buying 2 x-bows. Both royals are 15 each and i am thinking whether i should just take this account to TH10 or not. Still lot of lab time left though and walls too. Most walls are lv 8 only for now.

Nice Progress from you all again!

My plans changed as I was planning on putting my king down instead of my Queen. I had some good raiding sprees and ended up with enough Dark to do my Queen, so I decided that I am going to get my Queen to 40 before touching my King. So i put the Queen from 35 to 36 on Tuesday, then we had a really tight war last night so I gemmed her (worthwhile as we won) before putting her down again. Also in my drunken state on Friday night I placed my level 2 Inferno which i got for the TH10 value pack ages ago...

I currently have upgrading:

Archer Tower 11 > 12: 2d 1h
Air Defence 7 > 8: 2d 11h
Archer Tower 11 >12: 5d 12h
Archer Queen 36 > 37: 6d 11h
Archer Tower 11 > 12: 6d 12h
Lab: Barbarians 6 > 7: 9d 1h

Pretty clear to see that I had a 3 day break from the game for a family wedding this week if you look at my upgrades lol. After that I was off work for 2 days so put a bit of effort into raiding and managed to get not only the 10million gold for the 2 archer towers and the 173k Dark Elixer for my Queen but also enough G+E to do 20 Walls.

nice going there ally. good you had that break and still manage to do so much lol.

I just gemmed BK and started 30 so that one will finish in 5 days time. So with that both royals will be 30 each then i will start pumping de into AQ whenever i can in between lab needs.

Have done about 10 or so lv11 walls and they look slick. I will keep 1 builder free for it and will keep doing the walls when i have 3m of gold or eli.

Awesome progress, everyone!

I was down for a couple days too because my power/internet went out due to Hurricane Irma. Regardless, I had enough DE to finish the most recent war I was in and put my AQ down for Lv19 a couple hours ago; she'll wake up in 7 days. Also, I almost have enough gold to upgrade 1 of my x-bows to maxed Lv3.

48 walls Lv10 and when my I start my x-bow upgrade I'll go back to focusing on dumping loot into walls.

Baby Dragon event and the 4x Loot Bonus' helped for sure this week.

Got a pile of walls done now upto 129 lvl 11 and 146 lvl 10. Nearly halfway!

Queen and Archer tower will finish tonight, I have a full DE storage and CC so I can put her straight back down to 38. Going to keep working on the archer towers. Tonight will be the first one I put on 12>13. Not very exciting, but it's just another step towards maxing TH10. 4 Archer Towers and my AQ will be keeping my builders busy until i've got all 7 to 13.

Just gotta keep motivated.
