Regarding leader's and co leader's powers

Co leader can do anything other than kicking or demoting a co leader, which the leader can. So can you please reduce co leader's powers.
1 promotion only up to elder
2 starting one out of clan wars and friendly wars only (clan war preffered)
Also give a way to elect a new leader if most of the clan mates dislike the existing one (something like an election inbetween clashers who are members for a day atleast)
also give another rank for the higher donaters
I feel that these changes might make the game more balanced and the clashers might be more encouraging regarding donations etc

I think there needs to be more ranks to give people props w/o giving them CO. CO can be dangerous. I'd also like to see some sort of TRUE CO, like and Executive Officer, where both need to give approval for kicking, for example. Maybe then clans would be more likely to merge. That's what I'm really after.

Hey you don't agree with me because you are a co. But there must be a differance between co and leader as well. In the current situation co leader is having all most all leader powers. So it must be changed.
