It sounds great to have, but you're forgetting the trash-talking, insulting, swearing, complaining that could go on between the two clans. For these reasons, since CoC is a family game, it won't be added. This is a ruled out idea and is commonly requested. For friendly wars though, I actually think a chat would be fun

After researching the ideas section for a week, I finally got this result that about 70% of the
idea threads are created by fresh spawns.

Should only be in friendly wars though...
