How to make new players stay in the game

I ve been watching some Clash of Clans youtubers talking about this, and one thing that I don t remember they talking is a new campaign mode, something like the goblins, but maybe with more resources ( and some gems) to help them evolve faster, that way they would be more motivated to stay. Another thing are the clan castles, if they enter a clan and the clan help them get better in the game the player will more likely stay in the game, so the sooner they enter the better, so I think it is a good idea to make cc cheaper

I don't see any flaws with this except maybe for the gem part, because we all know supercell likes those gem buyers

    Word out to the morphers!
Always look on the bright side of life. For instance if you got raided and you lost 600 000
elixir be happy you didn't lose 700 000 elixir!

    Unreadable yellow lives!

I like the idea of dungeons that have about 10 maps per dungeon, and at the end is a raid boss. Each dungeon level would be a unique base like skeleton graveyard from ClashCon.

The different types of bases could be very unique, and challenging like puzzles. You would have to use the right troops and spells to solve the map. Like with the graveyard valks would be the best choice.

Each dungeon level would offer a small amount of loot to complete, mostly to cover the cost of troops. There could be a small % chance to win a few gems even for a 3 star under a certain time limit.

The raid boss would be a large troop with very high HP that takes your full army and heroes to take down. Then we can expand this to multiplayer dungeons where a raid boss takes multiple people to take down. There could be 11 dungeons, one for each town hall level and they get progressively harder.

I liked the first three, but I don t like the last one, and you should get a considerable amount of loot,to motivate players to play it.

I must have omitted the part about dungeon loot respawning every day. This is because once people are done with the goblin maps, it becomes a dead feature. So the dungeon could offer less loot, but you would be able to play once them everyday. Balancing the loot you can take from these would make the profit beneficial, but not so much that it replaces farming. Also, I think players would be motivated to try a new feature regardless, but this system could provide continued gameplay.

Every 24 hours you get 10 dungeon passes. If you don't use them, they don't stack. You can only have 10 at a time. You use one pass to enter a dungeon and must at least one star a dungeon to get to the next. The 10th dungeon has the raid boss with special rewards for completion. Similar to the dungeons in Castle Clash, which is basically where the idea came from.

I knew you played Castle Clash.
And I don t like the bosses, but the weard bases like the ones of ClashCon would be awsome.
And with the bosses it would get to similar.
