I am suggesting an idea which includes the system where we can convert gold into elixir or vice versa or maybe we can request elixir or gold from our clan members (ask them to donate). I am suggesting this because many people around me are always complaining about this issue so maybe you'll think this through.
Giving gold or elixer to clan mates has long been ruled out. Think of it this way, if you are a new TH4 and join a clan with a TH11, that TH11 could mine enough gold in 2 hours to upgrade all of your defenses 3 times. It would be an unfair advantage.
