Add Device Ring/Pop-up Notification When War base is Being Attacked (LIVE FEED)

I find myself checking in on my war base very often, only to see if it has been attacked in war. To me, defense is just as fun as offense and would love to watch my base being attacked LIVE / real time. Please add a device ring/pop-up notification similar to the Village under attack notification for when the user is not logged into the game. That would be great. Thanks.
