I want a DIRECT RESPONSE from a Game DEVELOPER

ok i hope clash of clans community grows more and more and people are not sad due to hero upgrade times,or any..u know that strategy where the company wants to earn money at the same time keep the players happy even the non spending ones which they are of course but some of the solutions might just take that forward:

1.Yes this is right to good extent that either wait for the upgrades or spend money but why not find some method which evades the wait time too and keeps earning that same money
2.One of em someone mentioned above- pausing the upgrade for time being during upgrades for some amount of gems(like 10 or 15 for an hour for heroes ABOVE LVL 15 coz below that makes no sense)
3.or make up a hero that is available ONLY during war/raid times when ur heroe(s) are on upgrade.that royal must compensate for those heroe(s) not FULLY but to that extent that with proper perfect attack you can still 3 star.
4.this way people will still have to wait for those heroes and use that war hero provided which becomes pretty difficult to 3 star but NOT impossible,people can still be in wars,SC can still earn money as people will spend on heroes as VERY FEW of them will be able to 3 star.
5.discussion on that "hero" can only be done if SC approves of this request

You wont even get a response from a Supercell employee, the reason why is because no one on the forums works for Supercell, they may be Super Moderators but they dont directly work for the company. Its more like pasted on information, and they put what Supercell relays to them.

Why can we not have our heroes available for war while upgrading? Or the upgrading times decreased, because after level 15 there are 15 more hero upgrades that take 7 days each at th9. That's more than 15 weeks of my time out of commission.

I pay to play on occasion, but not anymore on my main account. I see no purpose for it. But if you could incorporate a fresh idea that involved compensation on your end, I'm sure the community would embrace.

Been that way forever why do you think theu should change it for you?

It's just my wishful thinking; that a company that sees interest of one of it's games on the decline would have a change of heart. I'm mad that I have to wait over 2 months to war again because I'm constantly upgrading my heroes. But I accept this fact, even if I accept it begrudgingly. It just doesn't feel right to the free-to-play players, ya know?

You are only speaking for yourself when you say "It just doesn't feel right to the free-to-play players". As a free-to-play player, I think that it is perfectly acceptable that if I do not wish to pay money, I pay with time. If that time happens to be when I would have liked to be warring that is just the price I pay.
