Hello Clash Community. Relative to other competitive war clans, we're pretty laid back. That being said we are a war clan so that means back to back wars constantly. We also expect members to ATTEMPT 3 star attacks. Our focus is for you to grow with us. We want you to get better. If you meet the Value and TH requirements but are a horrible attacker, you don't have to worry about getting kicked so long as you're willing to listen and learn.
Value Requirements:We prefer people to be 16 and up.
Communication: We are an international clan, but English is the primary language. We use an app called Groupme as a means to communicate outside of clash, but this isn't mandatory. Communicating with the team is extremely important. Whether it's acknowledging what base to attack, or letting us know that you can't attack till late in war is the kind of respect that we're looking for, which brings us to the next value.
Respect: We are an international clan, so that means different cultures and backgrounds. We are also a clan with members of different in-game ability. It's the golden rule: Treat others as you want to be treated. Give people the benefit of the doubt. If someone doesn't respect your cc request, don't rage. Instead communicate. If you accidentally gave someone the wrong request. Don't be afraid to say you messed up. All is good.
Humility: Don't be too proud to learn from someone else. Don't shame another player for being a worse player than yourself. Teach through communication. Give people respect. Be humble. It all ties together.
Team-player: This shouldn't need explaining, but here are some examples. Try and keep a non-parasitic donation/request rate. Something like a 1:3 ratio is fine. We have a rule where we donate to the person one rank below us in war. Speaking of war, looting is not the objective. Winning is the objective, so look to help other clan members by scouting for them if there aren't any more viable bases for you to attack. Remember, these are just examples of what it means to be a team-player.
TH Requirements: We prioritize offense over defense.
TH9: We are looking for combined hero levels of 30+ (that means 15/15, 20/10, etc.). If your defenses are low, then we're willing to accept players with 10/10 heroes. Level 8+ walls.
TH10: Combined hero levels 60+ (i.e. 35/25, 30/30, etc.). If you don't have inferno towers built, we accept combined heroes levels of 50+. Level 9+ walls.
TH11: King and queen in their 30s with any level warden. Level 10+ walls.
