You seem REALLY upset for some reasons.
Any clan can play how they want. It's fact that UPH put effort into what they did, it's not an opinion. Many clans are "engineered" but basically none can reach such long unbeaten streak. You put your time into your purism they put their time into making a war lineup that can't be beaten. What do you have to show? Or can you try and beat them?
But I see from the rest of your post you are one of those "maxing is the only way to play, everything else must be removed" and you use the phrase "the way it was supposed to be played" unironically so I won't waste time on your posts anymore.

Just realize every clan/player that has the best/highest something got there by exploiting (with or without TPA) (I'm not justifying TPAs).
Highest wins clan -> matching dummy clans over and over
Highest win streak -> UPH & Co -like war lineups

If they created clan war leaderboards based on strength of lineup, then that would erradicate engineering clans. Leaderboards would be recognized by the community. Then the engineers would live in their own underground world, and that would be fine by me

This would have to be a new feature. And they can ban modders. They can do what they want. How would u know who mods?? Are you sure your opponents everyday dont mod? They would look at the clans on the leaderboard. This discredits the united ph's of the world cuz there avg clan weight wouldnt be high enough. Let the engineers have their own MICKEY MOUSE winstreak division

And well yes the point of that ranking is to only show TH9+ war clans (which may still be filled with 9.5 10.5 and anything inbetween anyways)

Every player would have a number for weight. The .5's would be holding their clan back, cuz the weight wouldnt pull them up the leaderboard. So .5ing would be discouraged. This promotes upgrading. .5ing would only be for clans who care about the winstreak division, not the clan laddet for clans that wanna be the best

Just know, that I read alot on here. And when I see your name, I read it. And most of the time, you shut down ideas and you're very condescending. And that is a fact. I advocate what is good for this game. Fair play, EQUAL play (which engineering and angling for advantages in war matchups is not, I dont care what the TOS says, which you always make sure you mention, maybe youre not a good attacker yourself and you need to clean lower town halls to make yourself feel better and youre praying they dont fix it, Idk). But I also see a lot of wars won by a fairly large margin. You claim that you get lots of competitive talented wars, yet over half of them you win by a somewhat large margin.

If you really want compettive wars, shouldnt you be alright with engineers providing the challenge? Seems like you face a lot of casual, high defense, rushed clans and sometimes the odd competitive hardcore war clan, and even less, an engineered one.
