So, First of all....

New spell called the Tombstone spell.
Basically, you put it on top of the troop's graves in order to resurrect them.It can only resurrect a total of 25 troop spaces. The max should be 40 troop spaces.

Next,

New troop called the Crafters. In battle, they can create tiny little structures in order to destroy defenses. So it's pretty much a Builder, but for battle. Also a New troop called B.P.E.K.K.A, which stands for Baby P.E.K.K.A. It's basically a PEKKA but with less dmg done and less hp.

Next,

New hero called the Berserker. It's basically a barbarian but with an axe and face paint. It's special ability is haste. He can make nearby heroes and troops speed up. You can get him at Town Hall 10. Also another hero called the Blimp.He is pretty much a blimp. Same idea as the Balloon but more damage.
