I've been playing almost three years now, don't confuse your customers addiction to the game for an blind acceptance of poor quality.
We know you can do better, you know you could have done better ... stand up, own up and apologise to your loyal fans/customers for another failure that is 100% SC responsibility.
And the update is still not available.
