Dont you guys think its about time supercell seriously considers this idea.

They can implement it the way they want but they need to do something about it since upgrade times are keep getting longer and more difficult for players who joined clash late.
Its easier for veteran players coz they started early & have everything all done and can progress along with each update that supercell brings.
But for newer players its demoralising to think that if they start playing today they ll reach current th11 level in 2019 since thats how long the upgrades will take, and who knows how many more town halls SC will add in future or if the game can even live up untill 2019

So what i feel is to Keep everything same upto TH8 as it were for COC classic coz players who really find interest in clash can easily progress to th8 at current upgrade rate.

And then add things like builder upgrades and multiple builders into the game from th9s

I know the idea has been ruled out in the past but they can change their mind just like they changed it for quick army composition feature.

Yeah but that could be because they were working on this huge last update that we got.
Atleast thats what i'd like to think.

I believe that some change to the builders needs to be done. At least let us upgrade their huts weakest link on a base.
